Six years ago I found myself in a Life Flight Helicopter gasping for breath.
The EMT was shouting at me,
“Stay with us Brooke! Stay with us Brooke!”
I knew I could not live if I could not breathe.
And in that moment, a phrase manifested into my mind…
“Christ is the breath of life.”
