So what constitutes “Apply it well”? I think I’ve had a false impression on what well spent time actually looks like. So often in the pursuit of life balance, I get trapped into thinking of life as a checklist instead of a feel-list.
Asking, “how do I want to feel” is a great way to find direction for well spent time.
Want to feel more energy? Take a nap or eat something nourishing. Want to feel love? Send a happy text to someone or do a secret service. Want to feel light and clear headed? Go for a quick walk outside for a few minutes. Want to laugh? Watch a Jimmy Fallon video 😃
