Somatic Breathwork Journey: The Path of Forgiveness

This special Creation Circle + Breathwork Journey is centered around the powerful theme of forgiveness—for ourselves, for others, or for the past we may still carry. In this session, we’ll use conscious, somatic breathing techniques to help soften the grip of resentment, shame, and emotional wounds, allowing space for release, clarity, and compassion to emerge.

Through a blend of activating and calming breath patterns, along with guided body awareness, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your inner wisdom and gently open the door to healing. This experience is designed to reset your nervous system, free up emotional energy, and offer a safe space for personal transformation.

No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to breathe, feel, and be present with what arises. Whether you’re seeking closure, emotional release, or simply a deeper sense of peace, this session offers a grounded path toward inner freedom.

A replay is available for 21 days following the event. Please note that the live group sharing and Q&A are not recorded to protect confidentiality. I’d love to have you join me live if possible!

 

Important Notes:

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Breathwork is a powerful practice that may not be suitable for everyone. You’ll be asked to complete a brief waiver before your session to ensure this is the right fit for you.
 
Contraindications include but are not limited to:
  • Pregnancy (unless cleared by a healthcare provider)  
  • Severe mental illness or psychiatric conditions  
  • Cardiovascular disease (including heart attacks, high blood pressure, or angina)  
  • Epilepsy or history of seizures  
  • Glaucoma or retinal detachment  
  • Recent surgery or physical injuries that could be aggravated by intense breathing
  • Use of prescription blood-thinning medications  
  • Any condition requiring medication that may be impacted by breathwork
     
    OR
     
  • You are a minor under the age of 18. 
  • a yoga mat or somewhere you can lay comfortably, with space to move

  • a phone, tablet or computer with Zoom

  • headphones (this provides a better experience than speakers)

  • a water bottle — not required, but nice if you get dry mouth or a cough during the session
  • a light blanket — not required, but recommended to have in arm’s reach if you get cold easily
  • a small pillow — not required, but highly recommended if you have chronic back pain or issues with your back. Ideally I’d like you to be flat and not use a pillow, but at the end of the day we want you to be comfortable
  • tissues –not required, but nice to have if you cry and need to blow your nose. 
  • journal –nice to have for recording an intention or reflections from your experience.
