Part of being able to love all our wounded parts and being able to heal from past events in our life is our ability to accept what is.
As we grapple with the way life has not worked out in the way we would have hoped it would, our mind will often argue that things should have been different than they are. We spiral in our stories into a state of separateness that blocks us from love. And when we don’t feel love, we suffer.
