6. How Bright is Your Hope (Holding Space)

Welcome back to another creator field note in our “Holding Space” series. Over the past few notes, we’ve explored what it means to hold space through presence, solitude, and seeing things as they really are. Today, we’re adding another layer by talking about hope. A virtue vital to our happiness in life. I have found that whatever level of hope I have—there is always a direct correlation to my own sense of well-being. This is not by accident. When hope is high, your own feelings will reflect this. When hope is low, you’ll feel the effects of this as well. My goal for today is to help you take a measurement of your current level of hope, and most importantly, give some ideas on how to raise it up and keep it up!

So…What do you hope for?
