6. Expanding Your Range of Emotion (Reclamation of Feeling)

Have you ever felt like you’re walking on eggshells in a relationship? We all know the feeling… trying not to rock the boat or create conflict. Yet, something vital feels missing—authentic joy. It’s like there’s an invisible wall between you and freedom. So, we stay small. We play it safe. We avoid the triggers, but we also shut out playfulness and joy. The space we live in becomes narrow, a tight corridor between extremes. We may convince ourselves we’re keeping the peace, but in truth, we’re living in emotional confinement. And this isn’t just in relationships with others—we can walk on eggshells with ourselves too.

In this episode, we’re going to talk about expanding our emotional range. Because life becomes so much richer when we open up to feel more—deeper, wider, higher.
