Lesson #1: Finding Your Purpose

Do you know what your life purpose is?  Or do you wish you knew more about it? In this series, we are going to explore in detail this all-important question. Because the truth is, all of us have a life purpose.  Uniquely individual to the story of our own life.  I’m excited to walk you through the most powerful and simple exercise I did years ago that gave me clarity on my own life purpose and has been a guide to me ever since.  We will explore how the challenges in your life have prepared you, what part you play in the grand scheme of things, how to deal with limiting beliefs in yourself, how to take initiative and choose yourself, why you need a team, how you are an influencer, what to do about failure, and most of all, how to trust yourself.

Lesson #2: Redeeming the Negative

Truth be told, our life is full of both the good and bad.  Years ago I stumbled upon a silly poem that said, “Life is full of ups and downs, it has it’s ifs and buts, and the man who’s smiling all the time must be completely nuts.” I think we can all agree that some things in life are just plain hard, and to take it a step further, some experiences in our life turn our life for the negative.  Today I want to talk about what to do with those negative turns…using one of my favorite tools, Redeeming the Negative.  If you’re ready to take those negative turns in your life and redeem them to bring meaning and purpose, then this lesson is just for you.

Lesson #3: The Part You Play

Have you ever struggled with comparison? Have you ever doubted what you personally have to offer to the world? In this lesson, I’m sharing my own struggle with comparison and what has made all the difference in helping me have confidence that I have something unique to give, and how you do too.

Lesson #4: Soul Goals

Life purpose is the common quest for all humankind. It’s the storyline of all the best books and movies, and there is a reason we love these stories and feel connected to them. We each have our own quest the Universe calls us to.  In this lesson, we are going to discover how to use SOUL Goals to help us begin to move forward in our own mission and purpose.

Lesson #5: Unbelief

Do you believe in yourself?
Do you believe you can receive miracles in your life?
Or is it sometimes easier to believe that for other people rather than yourself?

In today’s lesson we’re talking about unbelief… which contrary to what you may think, is not the same as lack of faith.  We’ll talk about how it’s possible to have faith and unbelief at the same time, what it means to have unbelief, and most importantly how to turn your unbelief into true belief. True belief in YOURSELF.  Which, as we will come to find out, is the key to receiving your own miracles and living your purpose.

Lesson #6: Choosing You

Have you ever really wanted to be a part of something, to start something, to feel a sense of contribution, and like what you create makes a difference?

Have you longed for that opportunity to come your way?

Today’s lesson is all about the secret of making that opportunity happen right now.  We’ll talk about the meaning of being called, and being chosen–in particular, how you become chosen for the work you are meant to do.

Lesson #7: Why You Need a Team

Have you ever felt like you had to do something all by yourself?

In this lesson, we’re tackling how to move from the loneliness of having to do things on your own to the beautiful feeling of support.  When you expand into seeing how you are not alone in living your purpose, you feel supported in what you do. And you can do anything with support.  Many hands make light work.
This is true not just physically, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually as well.

Lesson #8: You Are An Influencer

Have you ever wondered the extent of your own influence?
Have you ever fallen into the trap of judging your own influence off of numbers or social approval or even how well others receive you?
A big part of your life purpose is meant for you to be an influence with others. Have you wanted to have more influence with those you serve, be it in your family, work, or community?

In this lesson we’re going to dive into a few tiny paradigms that have massively changed how I view true influence and helped me take heart and have courage to move forward in my purpose with confidence.

Lesson #9: Heroic Courage

If you’ve ever been hiking, you’ve likely done so using switchbacks on the trail to guide you up the mountain in a more manageable approach than heading straight up. These switchbacks can be likened to the series of quests the Universe gives us as we climb this mountain of life, experiencing all the lessons that will help us remember who we are and why we are here.  We finish one switchback quest, and then we get another.

There may be times we hear our purpose calling, but we don’t respond.  Maybe it’s like having the phone ring over and over, and we ignore it. We’re all called to something right now. And yet, moving forward and acting on your purpose requires courage and faith.

This lesson will help us courageously answer the call and begin the quest.

What is it that prevents us from answering the call? What is it that prevents us from taking a step forward?

Lesson #10: Trust the Timing

When it comes to our life purpose, it is so easy for us to quickly tie this to outcomes.

In the West, we like to measure our success with numbers, profits, followers, and returns on our investment of time, money, and energy. Sometimes we do experience these outcomes from our effort and sometimes we don’t.
