A Creation Circle + Breathwork Ceremony to Awaken Your Heart’s Desires

But somewhere along the way, you stopped asking the most important question:
What do I actually want?
This session is an invitation to remember.
To reconnect with the quiet spark within—the one who still dreams, still longs, still knows what she loves.
To breathe life back into your deepest desires, and reclaim the right to live from the inside out.
Our Theme: Awakening Desire
Desire is not selfish. It’s sacred.
It’s how your soul speaks. How your truth guides you.
But for many of us, desire got buried—under conditioning, people-pleasing, and the fear of being too much.
This breathwork experience is about gently awakening what’s been dormant. It’s about making space for the wants you’ve silenced, and trusting that your heart’s truth is worth listening to.
What to Expect
This two-hour session includes both reflection and breathwork:
✨ Creation Circle (Journaling + Guided Inquiry)
You’ll explore where you’ve been living by “should” instead of “want,” and reconnect to what your heart is truly asking for. We’ll gently name desires that feel authentic, alive, and uniquely yours.
🌬️ Breathwork Journey (Somatic Practice)
Through a two-part breathwork experience, we’ll clear old emotional debris and open to new clarity. You’ll practice:
Activating Breath to stir and release what’s been blocking desire
Regulating Breath to soothe the nervous system and root into self-trust
No prior experience is needed. Just come with your breath, your body, and a willingness to feel.

Important Notes:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Who should NOT do breathwork?
- Pregnancy (unless cleared by a healthcare provider)
- Severe mental illness or psychiatric conditions
- Cardiovascular disease (including heart attacks, high blood pressure, or angina)
- Epilepsy or history of seizures
- Glaucoma or retinal detachment
- Recent surgery or physical injuries that could be aggravated by intense breathing
- Use of prescription blood-thinning medications
- Any condition requiring medication that may be impacted by breathworkOR
- You are a minor under the age of 18.
Must Have's For Your Session:
a yoga mat or somewhere you can lay comfortably, with space to move
a phone, tablet or computer with Zoom
headphones (this provides a better experience than speakers)
Nice to Have's For Your Session:
- a water bottle — not required, but nice if you get dry mouth or a cough during the session
- a light blanket — not required, but recommended to have in arm’s reach if you get cold easily
- a small pillow — not required, but highly recommended if you have chronic back pain or issues with your back. Ideally I’d like you to be flat and not use a pillow, but at the end of the day we want you to be comfortable
- tissues –not required, but nice to have if you cry and need to blow your nose.
- journal –nice to have for recording an intention or reflections from your experience.
