Lesson #1: Change Your State
Have you ever felt stuck or out of balance? Have you ever resisted change or maybe even longed for it? In this lesson, we’re diving into a tiny little tool I like to use to get unstuck and help restore balance. We’re learning how to change our state from chaos to order, from being stuck to progressing, from disconnection to connection… if all those sound like opposites to you, you’re right! It’s opposite day. Prepare yourself to look at opposites in a whole new glorious way.
Lesson #2: It’s Just Data
Do you ever get discouraged by your mistakes? What about the times that you don’t perform as well as you would hope to? Do you ever look back on your year or your day and get frustrated by the gap of where you are and where you know you could be? Do you ever take all of this personally and get down on yourself? I’m going to share with you my favorite mantra for turning those moments into something gentler. My favorite mantra to remind me to soften, to accept, to breathe—and to remember that I am already whole.
Lesson #3: Contrast Helps You See
Ever wonder why life can feel like a rollercoaster of highs and lows? Why, one week you’re thriving and the next you’re crying and wondering what happened? It might just be contrast doing its sacred work. In today’s episode, we’re diving into the magic of contrast—how it sharpens our vision, reveals what matters, and gently invites us back into balance. Whether you’re feeling off track or simply craving clarity, this one’s for you. Let’s explore how contrast doesn’t just help us see… it helps us heal.
Lesson #4: You Don’t Have to Fix This
In this episode, we’re dismantling the myth that every hard feeling has to be fixed. You’ll hear about the surprising freedom in not reaching for a solution, why discomfort doesn’t mean something’s gone wrong, and how the simple mantra “you don’t have to fix this” can soften your entire nervous system. If you’re carrying the weight of trying to be okay all the time, this one’s for you. Let’s take the pressure off, together.
Lesson #5: How to Have a Good Bad Day
Do you ever have a bad day? Most humans have at least a couple in their lifetime. What is it that makes a day feel bad, and what do you do when it happens? Do you have a plan? I used to have plenty of bad days, but now I don’t have any. Instead, I’ve learned how to have a good bad day. Sound intriguing? In this episode, we’ll talk about what the difference is and how having good bad days is the key to loving ourselves through it all.
Lesson #6: Control the Controllables
When life feels overwhelming, it’s tempting to think we need to fix everything all at once—or that we’re somehow failing because things feel hard. But what if the path to strength and peace isn’t about fixing or controlling everything… just the small, steady things that bring us back to ourselves? In this episode, we’re anchoring into the mantra control the controllables—and exploring how these quiet, powerful choices can expand our capacity, soften our hearts, and help us meet life with more grace and love.
Lesson #7: What’s Awesome About This
What if the hardest moments in your life held the key to deeper connection, to more compassion, and even to unexpected beauty? In today’s episode, we explore a powerful mantra—“What’s awesome about this?”—not as a way to deny the hard things, but to hold them with love and curiosity. This isn’t about fixing or forcing gratitude. It’s about learning to see contrast as a teacher, and wholeness as the invitation. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, this message offers a gentle, honest path back to your center. Because even in the most difficult experiences, there may be a thread of grace waiting to be seen.
Lesson #8: There’s Always Just One Thing To Do
Do you ever feel overwhelmed by your lists? You know… the to-do list, or even that figurative list of “all the things I should or could be doing to improve my life”? Yeah, that list. How long is it? How far have you gotten on it? If you’re anything like me (or anyone else I know), those lists are nearly always on our minds, and often the source of overwhelm, discouragement, or even procrastination.
Lesson #9: Spiral Up
Have you ever experienced a downward spiral? Those moments that knock you off course, and then it’s all downhill from there? We all have our triggers that can set things in motion… what we don’t always realize is the spiral can be traveled in two different directions. In this episode, we’re going to talk about spiraling up, not down, and how understanding the spiral nature of our own growth can help us live with more compassion for ourselves and others.
Lesson #10: Turning Things Around
In our last episode, we explored the sacred, spiral-shaped path of growth—how instead of expecting straight lines, we can honor the cyclical nature of life and choose to spiral up, not down. Today, we continue that journey by focusing on one of the most powerful practices in that upward spiral: your ability to turn things around. This is the pivot moment that determines whether we spiral down or we turn around. Whether it’s a conversation, a habit, a relationship, or even the mood you’re waking up in, your creative power to make a gentle, loving pivot is one of your greatest tools. Let’s talk about what it means to turn things around—not from force or shame, but from love, wholeness, and the wisdom of your true self.
