5. Next Time I Will (Identity)

What do you do when you slip back into old patterns and mess up? Today I want to share with you my favorite tool for turning mistakes into awesome moments of growth in a way that will leave you feeling empowered instead of deflated. Say goodbye to shame, and hello to your amazing future self.

Have you ever struggled to change something you know would make your life better, but you keep reverting to your old ways? I have. So many times, I’ve judged myself for the same reactive patterns I fall into. Or I’d find myself setting the same goals year after year. January 1st would roll around, and I’d find myself writing down the same desires, frustrated that nothing had stuck yet.

Has that ever happened for you?
