Self-care is a popular term, but it means different things to different people. For some, it’s a girls’ night out, a bubble bath, a mani-pedi, or a weekend getaway. For others, it looks like working out, hiking in nature, reading a good book, or simply carving out some quiet alone time.
All of these can be nourishing. And, as you may have come to expect from me, I want to take us a little deeper.
Today we’re exploring what I call true-self care. In our last episode, we reframed what it means to be self-centered—not as selfish, but as a sacred return to your own center. This time, we’re going deeper into what that actually looks like in your everyday life.
