11. If you want different results, do something different (CONSISTENCY NOT PERFECTION)

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
As humans, we crave familiarity. Even when something isn’t nourishing or healthy for us, if it’s familiar, it can feel safer than stepping into the unknown. We might want something better, even hope for it—but without doing something different, real change remains elusive.

Today’s episode is a gentle and honest exploration of how we can begin to shift. We’ll look at the patterns that may no longer be serving us, why we hold onto them, and how we can choose a new path—one rooted in compassion, awareness, and healing.
