RADICAL ACCEPTANCE
A Creation Circle + Breathwork Journey to to Embrace All That You Are
What if healing doesn’t mean changing yourself?
What if true transformation begins with saying: “This is me. And this, too, is worthy of love.”
Radical acceptance isn’t giving up. It’s letting go of the judgement within.
It’s the choice to meet every part of yourself—even the messy, uncertain, or unfinished parts—with compassion.
In this 2-hour creation circle, we’ll create space to soften judgment, release resistance, and come home to the present moment welcoming all parts of who you are.
This is a space to:
Release self-judgment and internal pressure
Cultivate tenderness toward the parts you’ve been hiding
Connect with a deeper sense of peace, worthiness, and presence
Practice loving what is—without needing to fix or change it
The Journey
Part One: Creation Circle
We begin with reflection. Through guided journaling and embodied teaching, you’ll explore your relationship with acceptance—what it means, what stands in the way, and what becomes possible when you stop resisting what is.
Part Two: Breathwork Ceremony
We enter a two-part breath practice:
Activating Breath (25 min) to stir, surface, and release emotional residue
Regulating Breath (25 min) to ground into peace, presence, and receptivity
This is not about perfection. It’s about presence.
This Experience Is For You If:
- You’re tired of trying to “fix” yourself
- You want to feel more at ease in your own skin
- You’re carrying self-doubt, shame, or inner resistance
- You’re ready to meet yourself with love, exactly as you are
You’ll Leave With
- Emotional spaciousness and nervous system ease
- A deeper sense of self-trust and self-belonging
- The embodied truth that nothing in you needs to be exiled
- A more compassionate inner voice
Come As You Are. Stay as you are.
Join us for Radical Acceptance.
Your breath knows how to meet you where you are.
