All I want to say…

All I really want to say right now, I already expressed HERE.

We’re experiencing some intense 2 year old challenges at the Snow Home…

All the innocent, lovely, funny, tender, joyful pictures that I have taken and plastered all over our house are just about the only thing keeping me sane.

Those images realign my perspective, remind me that he’s just a little boy who is still learning,

and help me see things as they really are, not as I dramatically think they are in my own frustration.

All the more reason to learn to take great images that can express truth and to print them and allow them to help you through tough times.

  1. Between 12-18 months was the hard time for me, I totally get it! Isn’t it true though that even in those moments that make you batty you’ll also have a little itty bitty moment, either a smile, laugh or maybe just a hug and then your heart is righted once again and all the frustration goes away. For at least one second 😉 My thoughts are with you my friend!

  2. You are so funny Brooke! I hate to even say this, but with my daughter we thought the twos were horrid. Until she turned 3! I’m telling you, just as a warning, that it might get worse, way, way worse than it will better for a while. Once they start talking, oh my then the fits really start! I would read over my blog and look at pictures daily when Pearl was going through the Terrible 3s (and 2s and now 4s) just to remind myself I really do love her. Hang in there!

  3. I feel you. I have two boys. They are (almost)5 and 7 now but the terrible two’s are impossible to forget. I took a lot of pictures of my boys sleeping bc that was the time they were the most angelic! God is teaching you valuable lessons in patience, self-restraint and unselfishness now.
