Looking for connection instead of looking for rejection

Cancel culture is not my favorite thing.

I do admit, there is a sort of thrill the ego gets in being able to cling to what it thinks is right and metaphorically destroy opposition by cancelling someone through unfollows, unsubscribes, or public declarations of rejection.

But you know what?

The thrill is totally short lived. And it’s empty.

And more importantly, it is a place of contraction not creation.

When you live in duality (black and white thinking), cancelling any voice that is different than your view can be an automatic response. But the more we can expand our mind and heart into non-duality (oneness), the more we can find and retain connection with the beautiful humans around us.

In this weeks podcast, I’m sharing my own journey from rejection to connection and what helps me find the divine light in everyone. Even, and most especially, those that see differently than me.

This is most definitely a practice…AND…it’s worth every effort.

You are a creator.
Feel, be, see, say, and do.
The light in me honors the light in you.

Namaste,

Brooke
