Ep. 6 Finding Consistency

The only way small and simple things turn into something great is when they are practiced with consistency. Imagine you have planted the seeds of what you want to grow in your life. The act of watering your seeds is so small and easy, but can you do it every day? This is where the magic starts to happen.

So how do you find consistency with the small things? We’re going to talk about the 4 different personality types for habits, why making the decision once is far better than using will power, the importance of knowing WHY you do something, and most importantly the absolute necessity for learning to forgive yourself in this oft times bumpy road to finding consistency.

    1. Thanks so much for your comment Michelle! Positive thoughts have a much larger impact upon us than most people realize! (as do negative as well!) When we consciously choose to make those thoughts uplifting and empowering our whole life changes! So glad you already practice this!

  2. Hi Brooke! I just watched your video on the power of consistency on IGTV. Love love loved it!!! I need this, and have a sis in law who needs this!! She’s not on IG. How Can I share it with her?? Help please!

  3. Fantastic episode. A life coach recommended your content and I’m excited to hear more. I have a huge issue with being consistent. I will try a few of your ideas and hope that I’ll make some progress. I am one to need lots of accountability. I used to think that that was a bad thing, but, I’m just that kind of person. I am learning to come to peace with that. Thank you. Thank you for this content. I too intend to inspire others with the knowledge and life experience that I posses. Thanks again. – Josh
